All trademarks, trade names, graphics, logos, and trade dress on the Site (the “Marks”) are owned by or licensed to the Firm. Nothing in these Terms grants any license to the Marks or other Firm intellectual property except as expressly stated here, and the Firm will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site, including any information collected in connection with text messaging described in Section 14 below.

THE FIRM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
- Confidentiality Is Not Guaranteed
Information sent to Sodhi Law Group, APC by email or through the Site is not secure and is submitted on a non-confidential basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep communications private, but because of the nature of internet and text communications, and the absence of an attorney-client relationship before engagement, we cannot promise or guarantee confidentiality. Please review Section 14 of our Privacy Policy regarding confidential information submitted before representation is confirmed.
- Limitation of Liability
We may change, remove, or add material to the Site at any time without notice, and the Site may contain technical or typographical errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Site content and assume no liability for any errors or omissions. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FIRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE.
- Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any linked site, and use of any linked site is at your own risk. These Terms apply only to the Site and not to any linked website.
- State Laws Vary; Statute of Limitations
The Site may contain general information about legal rules that apply in some states, as well as information about past results. You cannot assume the same rules apply, or that the same result would occur, in your state or matter. Statutes of limitations set strict deadlines to file a lawsuit, and a claim filed too late may be barred regardless of fault or the severity of harm. Time limits vary by state and by claim type, and some claims against government entities require written notice within a very short period. Because investigation is often needed to identify all potential claims and defendants, you should consult an attorney as soon as possible after an incident or injury.
- Firm Clients
Only individuals who have entered into a mutually signed engagement agreement with Sodhi Law Group, APC are clients of the Firm.
- SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
This Section governs text messaging (SMS/MMS) between you and Sodhi Law Group, APC and is designed to comply with wireless carrier and Campaign Registry (A2P 10DLC) requirements. It is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in through our website, intake or contact forms, scheduling tools, or verbally with our staff, you agree to receive text messages from Sodhi Law
Group, APC relating to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Intake follow-up and case-status updates
- Requests for documents or information
- Office notifications
- Review requests
These messages are informational and account-servicing in nature. This program is not used to send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
Opt-In and Consent
Consent to receive text messages is collected through an affirmative, unchecked checkbox or equivalent action, separate from acceptance of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, at the point you submit your telephone number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of retaining the Firm or purchasing any service, and you may still contact us by phone, email, or in person if you do not opt in.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies depending on your matter and your communications with our office. Message and data rates may apply. Sodhi Law Group, APC does not charge for text messages; charges from your wireless carrier are governed by your plan with that carrier.
Opt-Out
You may cancel text messaging at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number the message was sent from. After you do, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.
Help
For help at any time, text HELP to the number the message was sent from, or contact us using the information in Section 20 below.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, the major U.S. wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). Delivery is not guaranteed.
No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — meaning your mobile telephone number and your agreement to receive text messages — will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances.
This information is used solely to facilitate communications between you and Sodhi Law Group, APC as described in this Section and in our Privacy Policy. This restriction does not apply to service providers who support delivery of the messages themselves (for example, our SMS or CRM platform vendor) acting solely on the Firm’s behalf and under confidentiality obligations, and does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided, and at least 18 years of age, to opt in to this program.
- Legal and Ethical Requirements
Sodhi Law Group, APC has sought to comply with applicable legal and ethical advertising requirements in compiling the Site. We welcome comments about our compliance with applicable rules and will update the Site as warranted upon learning of new or different requirements.
Principal office designated for this Site: Compliance Office | Sodhi Law Group

- Advertising Disclosures
Some material on the Site may constitute attorney advertising. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision that should never be based solely on advertising. Before deciding, you may ask us for free written information about our qualifications and experience. No representation is made that any Firm attorney is a certified specialist in any field of law, or that the quality of our legal services is greater than that of other lawyers. Anyone considering counsel should independently investigate an attorney’s credentials rather than relying solely on advertisements. No representation is made about the outcome of your specific matter; every case is different and must be judged on its own facts, and prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
- Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved as set forth in Section 19 (Arbitration) below.
- Submissions
You are solely responsible for any information or content you submit to or through the Site (“Submissions”). Submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary except as described in our Privacy Policy and Section 9 above. You represent that you have the right to submit any Submission and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate applicable law. The Firm assumes no liability for any Submission.
- Arbitration
Any claim arising out of or related to the Site or your use of it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the county where the Firm’s principal office is located. You and the Firm each waive the right to a jury trial, to bring or participate in a class or representative action, and to broad discovery, in connection with any such claim. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Other Terms
If any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on that breach or any later breach. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding use of the Site, and do not replace or restrict any separate engagement agreement between the Firm and its clients.
